AI Solutions Engineer

About the role
You'll design, build, and deploy AI solutions for our clients — from conversational agents and RAG systems to custom LLM integrations and automation pipelines. You'll work across multiple client projects, shipping fast and iterating from real-world feedback.
What we're looking for
  • 2+ years of experience with LLMs and AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Python; experience with FastAPI or similar
  • Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
  • Excellent communication skills — you'll work directly with clients
  • Curiosity and hunger to stay at the cutting edge
Automation Specialist

About the role
You'll build end-to-end workflow automations for our clients, connecting their tools and eliminating manual processes. You'll work with platforms like n8n, Make, and Zapier, as well as custom code when needed.
What we're looking for
  • Strong experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier
  • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data transformation
  • Ability to map complex business processes into automated flows
  • Problem-solving mindset — enjoy untangling tricky integrations
  • Bonus: experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce

You'll write our weekly newsletter and blog content — translating complex AI topics into clear, compelling reads for business leaders and marketing teams. You'll help define the Cognivaton editorial voice.
What we're looking for
  • Excellent writing and editing skills — clear, punchy, jargon-free
  • Genuine interest in AI and its business applications
  • Experience writing newsletters, blogs, or similar content
  • Ability to research technical topics and make them accessible
  • Self-directed — you can manage deadlines and own a content calendar
Client Success Manager

About the role
You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients — onboarding new accounts, managing project communication, tracking milestones, and ensuring every client gets the most value from their engagement with Cognivaton.
What we're looking for
  • 2+ years in client success, account management, or project management
  • Strong communicator — written and verbal
  • Organised and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Interest in AI and comfort learning technical concepts
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.)
